"Keirra transferred my auto policy from Florida to Illinois. I was promptly seen and completed the process in minimum time. We covered some policy options I could choose, as well as talked a bit about the latest State Farm software which allows faster customer assistance. I was very happy to see the much lower rate for State Farm here in Illinois versus what I had been paying in Florida. Overall I had a very professional and efficient experience at my Morrison State Farm office with account rep Keirra."
